Breaking Generational Trauma

Open To: The ideal participant is someone seeking to understand and heal the impact of generational trauma, break family patterns, and cultivate personal growth and healthier relationships.
To explore intergenerational trauma and how it influences current emotions, behaviors, and relationships. The group will read and discuss It Didn’t Start with You, process insights, and apply tools from the book to foster personal growth and healing.
Anxiety Group

Financial Management/Budgeting

Grief and Loss

Open To: Individuals seeking to better understand the process of grief and loss, how to manage the 5 stages of grief, and find ways to heal through sharing our experiences, listening with compassion, and offering support to one another. This group is designed for individuals who are navigating the emotional, mental, and physical impacts of losing someone or something significant in their lives.
An 8-Week Group focused on Grief and Loss. This group explores the emotional, psychological, and social aspects of grief and loss. Participants will learn the various theories of grief, stages of mourning, and the impact of loss on individuals and communities. This group will also focus on learning coping strategies as individuals learn how to navigate the complexities of grief, emotional suffering, and life transitions. We will explore how grief manifests in different ways, how it can affect us physically, emotionally, and mentally, and how we might navigate through it
Family Dynamics

The Family Dynamics Group Therapy empowers participants to transform their relationships by uncovering and reshaping the patterns, roles, and communication styles learned within their families, all within a safe and supportive environment.

Each session is $30, and insurance typically covers the cost.
No-Show Fee
A $15 no-show fee applies if you register but do not attend a session. Please note, insurance does not cover the no-show fee.
